Charlotte Triggs, Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist, is a member of the Complementary Therapists’ Association and really believes in the power of massage!   My journey as a holistic therapist began in 2003 when I completed my Reiki II Healing training.  I then qualified in Holistic Massage in 2004 and since then I have taken further courses and qualified in Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy, Effective Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage, Amma Fusion Massage, Pregnancy Massage, No Hands® Massage and the unique Jurlique Organic Skincare Facial.   I feel very privileged to be able to offer massage therapy and it can be wonderful in helping so many conditions - from a niggling shoulder pain, to feeling stressed out and detached from the body, tension headaches, sciatica, old injuries that flare up now and then, post operative rehabilitation, postural issues from sitting at a desk all day, too much thinking, lifting a heavy object at a strange angle, repetitive strain injuries and very importantly (but often forgotten) as regular treatment for optimum health.   We all get stressed, our bodies get stressed and we all need good massage.

I am also a florist and offer a bespoke floral design service - further information can be found at
The combination of my work in floristry and massage therapy is rather a unique one but one that is naturally complementary.  In my view flowers, plants and herbs are nature's healers and we find them in beauty products, flower remedies, essentials oils, homeopathy and natural medicine.  So you may find me placing some soothing fresh lavender in a new mother's bouquet in one moment and using jasmine massage oil in a clinical massage treatment for someone who is feeling depressed about a pain in their neck in another moment.   Nature is about being balanced and being in the flow - a vase of flowers is a reminder of that beauty and my massage treatments are all about helping bring people back to balance and helping the body to self heal.
